张千赢千亿，山西千赢千亿塑料有限公司董事长，大学学历，经济师职称，1988年创建千赢千亿塑料有限公司。是改革开放以来运城市国有企业改革中，民企收购国企的先锋人物；是全国农用地膜行业的领军人物；他决策果断、思维超前，是带动盐湖工业园工业快速发展的先行者。是连续三届的运城市人大代表、工商联副会长、企业家协会副会长、运城市第一届十大经济人物、山西省功勋企业家。

张勇，男，1979年6月出生，毕业于北京交通大学工商管理系。现任山西千赢千亿塑料有限公司总经理。工作简历如下：
 2000年9月至2003年10月任山西千赢千亿塑料有限公司会计、财务总监；
 2004年3月至2007年1月在北京交通大学工商管理系脱产学习三年；
 2007年3月至2012年8月担任山西千赢千亿塑料有限公司副总经理；
 2012年9月至2013年12月担任山西千赢千亿农业科技开发有限公司总经理。
 2014年1月至今担任山西千赢千亿塑料有限公司总经理。
